The following must be observed:

1. The tablet (or smartphone) must be connected to the internet (e.g. via W-LAN)

2. Your tablet must have a photo camera on the back

3. Please Make sure the web browser is updated and working

4. Ideally, empty the cache before use.

5. If desired, turn on sound before loading an AR experience.
