scope
For all deliveries from SO GEHT WOW UG (LIMITED LIABILITY) & CO. KG (hereinafter shop) to consumers, these general terms and conditions apply.
A consumer is any natural person who enters into a legal transaction for a purpose that is predominantly neither commercial nor self-employed.

conclusion of contract
The presentation of the products in the online shop does not constitute a legally binding offer, but only an invitation to order.
By clicking the [Buy/order with costs] button, you place a binding order for the goods listed on the order page. Your purchase contract is concluded when we accept your order with an order confirmation email immediately after receipt of your order.
right of withdrawal
Since we create an individualized AR experience product for you we exclude the right of withdrawal according to § 312g Para. 2 Clause 1 No. 1 BGB .
prices and shipping costs
The prices stated on the product pages are net prices. Added to this is the statutory value-added tax.
The delivery is partly digital. Therefore, only delivery costs are incurred for the AR adventure books.
There are no other taxes or costs.
Delivery
Delivery is partially digital. Deliveries are usually made within 48 hours. The delivery of the AR adventure books is included once with the setup fee for Germany. Subsequent delivery will incur additional delivery costs, which we will bill the subscriber, clinic, facility, or sponsor for.
Payment
Payment is made by invoice. For AtHome Subscription and Hotel Subscription via PayPal.
retention of title
The goods remain our property until full payment has been made.
scan packages
If your scan package is used up, the AR experience will no longer work on your logo or your AR card that we have stored.
Every time the opened APP is pointed at your company logo or your stored AR card or at a page of the AR adventure book, a new scan from your scan package is created. The same applies to the web AR variant.
Sponsorship Packages
The sponsorship packages flow directly into the FrédARico project and are used for the sponsors' individual digital & AR products. We exclude a right of revocation according to §312g Abs. 2 Satz 1 Nr.1 BGB. Each AR experience book comes with 10,000 AR scans included. If your scan package is used up, the AR experiences you sponsored will no longer work. You or the clinic or facility can of course book data scan packages at a later date. Important: in addition to the AR adventure book, you need a smartphone or tablet with an existing internet connection to use it. The user bears the costs for this himself. We reserve the right to switch from Web-AR to an AR-APP for retrieval. We will of course inform you in advance of any changes.
FrédARico subscriptions
The subscriptions have a minimum term of 12 months (Excluding special offers). The AR experience books are created individually. Therefore, the setup costs cannot be refunded. The notice period is four weeks before the end of the contract and is then automatically extended by a further year. The termination must be in writing. We would like to point out that you need an Internet connection for the functionality of the AR experience books, which the customer has to take care of himself. If you need help, please contact help(at)fredarico.com. Our technology service provider is Dexperio GmbH. He provides us with the operating technology and guarantees us the functionality of the FrédARico experiences as far as he can decide. Errors will be corrected as soon as possible. Important: in addition to the AR adventure book, you need a smartphone or tablet with an existing internet connection to use it. The user bears the costs for this himself. We reserve the right to switch from Web-AR to an AR-APP for retrieval. We will of course inform you in advance of any changes. To log in, you will receive your user name and your customer password. These will be sent to you. In the event of late payment, we reserve the right to suspend the technology for your use. Payment is made by the customer in advance (according to agreement).
dispute resolution
The EU Commission has created an internet platform for the online settlement of disputes. The platform serves as a point of contact for the out-of-court settlement of disputes relating to contractual obligations arising from online sales contracts. More information is available at the following link: http://ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr. We are willing to participate in a dispute settlement procedure before a consumer arbitration board to settle disputes with consumers or are obliged to do so in accordance with XXX (statement of the legal norm or contractual agreement). The responsible consumer arbitration board is: Universal Arbitration Board of the Federal Center for Arbitration eV, Straßburger Straße 8, 77694 Kehl am Rhein, www.verbraucher-schlichter.de. To settle the disputes mentioned, we will participate in a dispute settlement procedure before this body.
